Nmrv Reducer

Our company manufactures NMRV reducers under the Svante brand, which represents our core product line. We have imported nearly 20 sets of advanced production equipment, including gear grinding machines from Switzerland. These machines ensure high machining accuracy and consistent product quality. Our reducers feature high strength, low noise operation, and excellent durability.

Our products are widely used in metallurgical plants, mining operations, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical factories, and the aerospace industry.

The NMRV reducer series is available in several types, including single-stage, double-stage, and other derivative models. The main components include the input shaft, oil seals, bearings, worm gear, and worm shaft.

The center distance of this product ranges from 25 mm to 150 mm. The transmission ratio ranges from 7.5 to 3000. The minimum output torque is 2.6 Nm, while the maximum can reach 3182 Nm. It can be equipped with motors ranging from 0.06 kW to 15 kW.

Single-stage models (sizes 25 to 90) use aluminum alloy housings, while larger models (sizes 110 to 150) use cast iron housings. Double-stage models are essentially two single-stage units combined together.

The reducer can be connected in various ways, including flange connections or direct motor shaft coupling. Installation is flexible and supports multiple mounting positions.

When selecting a model, it is important to consider the load capacity and type of the equipment. Daily operating hours, start-up frequency, and operating environment temperature should also be taken into account. These factors are essential for calculating the required output torque.

The products offer center distances ranging from 25 mm to 150 mm, covering a complete range of specifications. Multiple transmission ratios are available, including single-stage and double-stage combinations to meet various speed requirements. The output torque range is wide and compatible with motors from 0.06 kW to 15 kW. Depending on the transmission ratio, efficiency ranges from approximately 60% to 90%.

For smaller models (25–90), synthetic lubricant is recommended. The oil should be changed after 500 hours of initial operation. For larger models (110–150), mineral oil is recommended, and the oil should be changed after 400 hours of initial operation. During operation, the oil temperature should not exceed 85°C.

During installation, ensure that the shafts are properly aligned and securely fixed. The assembly should be neither too tight nor too loose. If the motor is particularly heavy, additional support should be provided.

We support product customization based on customer requirements. However, the minimum order quantity is 50 units. Drawings must be provided in A4-sized PDF format, with dimensions specified in millimeters.

Our service process is straightforward. Upon receiving an inquiry, we provide a quotation and send samples for testing. After successful testing and contract confirmation, mass production can begin.

We have dedicated personnel responsible for after-sales service. If a product is damaged, please send us photos for verification. After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Payment should be made via bank transfer to our company account, with a deposit required in advance. The delivery time is generally within two months.
