Nmrv Reducer
The NMRV reducer is a new type of reducer, or RV reducer."NMRV" refers to the aluminum shell reducer, which is used to refer to the aluminum shell reducer as the "NMRV reducer".The main components are oil seal, oil plug, worm gear box, ball bearing, the output shaft, worm gear, worm, mechanical shaft, motor connection plate (flange), the output shaft cover screw, hex socket steamed corn-bread, double round keys, gaskets, etc.

Features of Nmrv Reducer
Occupied no space
The space requirement for the installation of the output shaft is considerably large when assembling the motor or reducer. The installation of a hollow- type reducer can form a right- angle with the motor, thus facilitating the miniaturization of the machine.

NMRV 025-060

Material of Wp Reducer
Aluminum
Some NMRV reducers are made from aluminum, such as the Heechoo-outlet NMRV-030 Speed Reducer Ratio 10, which weighs 1 kilogram and has a horsepower of 0.18 kilowatts. The CNCTOPBAOS NMRV030 Worm Reducer Speed Ratio 10.1 also has an aluminum alloy enclosure.
Cast iron
The Motovario NMRV Power series can have cases made from G200 grey cast iron if they are over 130 in. Other NMRV reducers, such as those with frame sizes of 110–150, may also be made from cast iron.
Alloy steel
Some NMRV reducers, such as those with a motor shaft, may be made from alloy steel, which is said to be hard, pressure resistant, and durable.
Structure of Nmrv Reducer
Input Flange
Connects to standard IEC or NEMA motors.
Output Shaft
Available as hollow or solid shafts.
Mounting
Can be foot-mounted, flange-mounted, or torque-arm mounted.
Seals and Gaskets
Oil seals and gaskets ensure leak-proof operation.
As the worm rotates, it pushes the teeth of the worm wheel.
The sliding contact between the worm and worm wheel transfers motion.
This results in high torque and low speed at the output.
The right-angle configuration allows for space-saving installation. One key characteristic is the non-reversibility—the output shaft cannot drive the worm, which acts as a safety feature in many applications.
Maintenance Guide
Check if the rotation direction of the speed reducer output shaft is correct before the assembly of speed reducer and related mechanical equipment.
Check dimension deviation of all the shaft diameter, bore diameter, key and key groove before the assembly of the speed reducer, prime motor and equipment, thus avoiding the influence of performance of speed reducer caused by assembly which is too tight or too loose.
The speed reducer should be firmly fixed on the mechanical equipment to avoid looseness and vibration.
Avoid the exposure of the speed reducer to the burning sun and other hostile environment as possible as you can.
The oil seal doesn't work properly without proper elasticity. If the storage time of the speed reducer is up to 4-6 months, you should check whether the oil seal is immersed in the lubricating oil. The oil seal lip might be stuck to the shaft or even lose elasticity. Replacement of oil seal is recommended.
All the rubber parts and air holes should not be stained with oil paint.
When carrying out connection of the hollow shaft or solid shaft of the speed reducer, you should lubricate the matching part of the shaft to avoid sticking and oxidation.
Check the oil level before using the speed reducer.
Increase the load gradually instead of full load start up when using new speed reducer.
The speed reducer should be equipped with supporting device if the electric motor has relatively large weight when the speed reducer is directly connected with the electric motor.
Ensure that there is good ventilation environment near the motor fan in order not to affect heat dissipation effect.
The standard working temperature of the speed reducer is from -5℃ to 40℃. Please consult our technical service engineer if the actual value is out of range.
